Not sure what to do with your collection of toys and Pez dispensers? Take a cue from Cozy Noodles and Rice restaurant and glue it to your bathroom walls. Why Pez dispensers? Owner Tee Meunprasittiveg says he just wanted the bathrooms to stand out. Indeed: Nearly 1,000 dispensers and one eerily large Barbie decorate the Wrigleyville spot's women's room, while the walls in the men's room are plastered with more than 2,000 toys from fast-food meals. But it's not just candy here: This place remains popular with Wrigleyville folks for its reasonably priced selection of Thai standards
