Water Unique Sushi is attached to and owned by Ciccio & Tony's Restaurant in SoHo. This small sushi cafe serves light, fresh and healthy Asian cuisine with a trendy twist. Water bowls mix fish, veggies and sticky rice with a choice of one of the specialty sauces, like ponzu, soy ginger or creamy wasabi aioli. A variety of rice and rice paper wrapped sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi are all available, along with warm noodle bowls, edamame, Asian slaw and Asian Guacamole. Don't miss the Volcano Roll, and if you are dining next door at Ciccio's, you can also enjoy select items off Water's menu.
