Taking its accent from the neighborhood and its owner, the Pink Salmon serves its fish Polish-style. Owner John Jerominski makes a fish sausage that is "just like Polish sausage looks, but it's made of fish," he said. He also makes his own "paprykasz" because nobody makes it in America, Jerominski said. Paprykasz is a mixture of salmon, rice, tomato sauce, black pepper and other spices.
