Pasta is a cottage industry in this little shop in a Harlem Avenue strip mall. You can look through a window into the back room and see the company's workers making ravioli and lasagna in stainless steel machines. 'Everything we sell, we make here,' said owner Anthony Bartucci, who hails from Cagliari, in the toe of the Italian peninsula. 'We don't buy nothing ready made.' Most shoppers buy pasta to prepare in their own kitchens, but Pasta Fresh also sells delicious hot panzerotti and arancini to go. Bartucci greets many of the people who shop at Pasta Fresh in Italian. You don't need to know Italian to hear his affection for his customers.
