Gourmet 47

While I have never bought from the deli or eaten in the store, nor have I bought any dry goods, I can say that I love Gourmet 47 for two reasons: wine selection and produce quality. The produce is always looking incredibly delicious and fresh. The selection of produce, while limited, is immaculate (likely the reason for there not being a huge variety). In any event, if the fresh fruit and vegetables were not enough, they have a wine selection that is easy to browse, and extremely extensive. If you want to impress friends at a dinner party, go here for your wine and fresh produce!
Report This ReviewThis has to be the sorriest excuse for a grocer, let a alone a "gourmet" grocer. Don't come here expecting to find any gourmet ingredients and I highly recommend calling ahead to see if they even carry what you are looking for. They seem to stay in business of their lunch crowd, but when I had their "French Style" pasta salad, it was so blatantly old - the pasta was hard! And another word to the wise; check the expiration dates on milk, eggs and other perishables as I have both bought and continue to see expired or nearly expired goods. I have given this place so many chances, but I am now done for good.
Report This Reviewomg!! this place should be called "jan's kitchen"! not only does she listen to suggestions but delivers mind blowing creations. if she were to open a bed and breakfast, i guarantee the guests would never want to leave. you may think you're stopping by for a quick meal, but you'll want to stay for hours in the glowing aura of this unique must get to know gal. the only negative comment, which is selfish of me to say, is please don't let jan take any days off! praise jan! she deserves a raise.
Report This ReviewIt's nice to have a neighborhood market that features a combination of gourmet food selections and regular staples. Don't forget to support the small business owners of our community..they give our neighborhood character.
Report This ReviewI really wish this place was decent. But its probably the worst grocery store in the country. They have 18 different types of pasta, but they don't have tortillas. Manager is totally unhelpful and doesn't know the difference between basil and mint. They do seem to undercharge you all the time, so it is cheap. This joint will be out of business soon.
