Opened in spring 2006, Wildwood serves the American favorites of steaks, seafood and pasta. An expansive front lounge is lined with a bar and packed with cushy leather chairs. The dining room's most dynamic attraction is the open kitchen, while seating on the outdoor patio gives a front-row view of the bubbling waterfall fountain in the center of Dodson Place shopping center. Menu highlights include cedar-planked salmon with coarse grain mustard and creme fraiche served over seafood ragout as well as roast prime rib served with horseradish cream sauce. The dessert menu puts tiny twists on classic treats with raspberry tiramisu and mocha creme brulee.
