Fantastic experience

We went in pursuing a late lunch and even though the lunch menu had ended 20 minutes earlier, the host readily offered to extend the time for us. We found the dinner menu too enticing to pass up though, and ended up getting the filets. The waiter was very attentive and seemed to really enjoy elaborating on the process in which their food was cooked. My dad finished his filet with a smile on his face and said, somewhat surprised, that it was the best steak he's ever had!

From the moment I bite into that first slice of filet, I'm reminded of why I enjoy Ruth's Chris so much. The well aged beef broiled with butter seems to melt in my mouth. The perfect accompaniment to the steak is a side of white cheddar scalloped potatoes. One huge dish easily serves two. The food seems pricey but it's really in line with any place that serves aged beef. Ruth's Chris has become my standard birthday dining place.

The ribeye was SPECTACULAR (done medium)! The biggest ribeye I've ever seen. And it was done to perfection! I thought for a steak place, it was right on par. Service was good. For our anniversary, the waitress brought us a piece of their chocolate mousse pie, which was excellent. And we didnt even get charged for it! Would highly recommend!

This place is unbelievable!I was with a group of 7 and everyone agreed that they had just eaten the best steak of their lives! It's not cheap and everything is served ala carte but it's worth every penny. A good tip to remember is that the side dishes are big enough to share with at least one other person. The side dishes and appetizers were every bit as good as the steaks. Do yourself a favor and try the lobster bisque...you won't be dissapointed.
