Al's Char-House Steak House
- 32 S. La Grange Rd.
- La Grange, IL 60525
- 708-354-6255
- Price range: $$$ ($16-$25)
If you like 'em big, Al's got a steak for you. The ribeye, Texas Sirloin and the cowboy steak are 32-ouncers; the porterhouse is staggering 48 ounces. But the daddy of 'em all is the Char-House steak, weighing in at a whopping 56 ounces. To match these big-as-all-Texas sizes you'll find an old West theme, complete with a wagon wheel light fixture and steer horns hanging, well, just about everywhere.
