This personal chef service helps stock your fridge and freezer with meals such as chicken and turkey sausage gumbo, Wild West meatloaf, spicy oven-fried Boston scrod and platters full of vegetarian dishes. Select any combo of 12 dinner items, book the date and time for your delivery, and your entrees arrive in easy-to-store, oven-safe containers with cooking directions. Charles Murray, who owned and served as chef of Cajun Charlie’s in Evanston, also offers catering for events too. Options include breakfast buffets; plated, boxed and buffet luncheons; salads and colossal po'boys, among many other options. Murray also will prepare completely organic meals and eats for customers with special dietary needs. There's no brick-and-mortar location to visit, so place orders by phone or through the website anytime.
