This splashy all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse concept, part of a Texas-based, family-owned chain, has landed in the Woodfield Shopping Center. There is a 50-item salad station with salads and soup, plus meats carved tableside by waiters dressed as gauchos. Open-flame roasted meats include bacon-wrapped filet mignon, Parmesan pork, ribs, lamb chops and Brazilian sausage served with sides like garlic-mashed potatoes and fried bananas.
