Dino Perez, part of the clan who owned long-running (and now closed) Peruvian spot Rinconcito Sudamericano down the street, is behind this Bucktown spot. Look for choices such as ceviche and empanadas, plus more off-the-beaten-path dishes like parihuela, a Peruvian seafood soup, aji de gallina, shredded chicken in a creamy walnut sauce, lomo saltado al pisco a pisco-laced Peruvian stir-fry with steak, tomatoes and onions, and conejo al carbon, marinated char-grilled rabbit. The festive dining room features colorful wall murals of South American landmarks, high ceilings and a lounge area with couch seating.
