Peruvian-born brothers Javier and Marco Alday brothers took over this Lakeview BYOB in October 2008, tweaked the menu, gave the place a fresh coat of paint (but save the enormous full-color photo murals of Peru) and reopened with the same chef. The menu features Peruvian specialties such as ceviche, arroz con mariscos (the Peruvian spin on paella) and lomo saltado, a Peruvian-style stir-fry of steak, onions and tomatoes.
