For those not familiar with Peruvian food, the cuisine is influenced by the many diverse cultures that settled here including Spanish, French, Italian, African, Japanese and Chinese, so expect choices like arroz chaufa con carne, Chinese-influenced beef fried rice or tallarines saltado con camarones, Peruvian-style spaghetti with shrimp to appear on the globally-influenced menu. Other choices include aji de gallina, shredded chicken in a spicy walnut sauce and estofado de carne, a hearty beef and potato stew. The decor highlights Peruvian history with pre-Colombian murals.
