Chicago chef Rick Tramonto is behind this concept which offers prime steaks served in a dining room with modern glass-pane chandeliers and a two-story waterfall. All meats get a dusting of Tramonto's signature sea salts and toasted black pepper, with hearty options including a 12-ounce New York strip and Tramonto's signature wood oven bone-in rib eye. The RT Lounge serves lighter eats including sliders and raw oysters. If you have something to celebrate try a decadent treat like Tramonto's Caviar Staircase or foie gras terrine with a specialty cocktail, champagne, sparkling wine or sake.
