The understated, modern room at this North Center eatery has an urban vibe with exposed brick walls and colorful arty accents. Diehard sushi fans can chat up the chef at the sushi bar or go for table seating instead. The menu features nigiri, sashimi and maki rolls, plus limited cooked fare with a seafood focus (read: no red meat or chicken). Opening menu includes a signature maki roll (crab meat, tuna, eel, tobiko, oshinko, avocado and wabasbi mayo) and cooked fare like grilled tuna in a ginger-lime reduction. They also specialize in loose-leaf teas (the T in the name is a play on tea), there's a separate menu with about 30 choices (with more to come).
