This small-but-popular boite on the Northwest side specializing in fresh fish -- shipped in daily -- has gained a legion of fans and reams of great press thanks to its unpretentious atmosphere and remarkable prices. "I'm here to have fun and feed you," boisterous owner Peter McCarthy proclaims. The menu changes frequently -- if there's something you really, really desire call ahead, McCarthy will see what he can do. If you're really not a fish person, don't worry: Pier 5736's menu has steaks, pastas and chicken.
