Parkers' Ocean Grill: User Reviews
Went to Parker's last night for the first time. They recently switched their name from Parker's Ocean Grill to Parker's American Grill with a split focus on seafood and meat. My wife and I both had the fish specials of Wild Alaskan Salmon and Halibut and both were excellent. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and helped make some excellent suggestions.

We are frequent diners at Parkers and have never been disappointed. Fresh seafood, interesting preparations, and attentive service keep our family coming back. The Spicy Shandong Tuna, a menu staple, is a dish not to be missed!

i love this place. excellent food. the quality is so high. cannot say enough adjectives about them. you should just try it out yourself. it blows all the other seafood restaurants around the area away.

Too die for martinis, you must have the halibut won ton appetizer, the italian cheese cake a rare find on a menu. If its nice enough sit outside - most of this crowd likes the climitized indoors for dining, many Winston Howll III types. Staff is well informed take their recommendations. Its costly but you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for. The food is fresh, service was great, and we are going back this weekend for more.
Report This ReviewAMY BAGLEY WAS WONDERFUL! VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC!WE HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL DINNER-EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT.
Report This ReviewThe food was pretty good, however not worthy of the money paid. The bar area is nice with the guy playing the piano, but the drink prices are sky-high.
Report This ReviewPlace seems to have gone downhill since just a while ago. We've been going there for 10 years and it was always one of our favorite. Quality of the food has declined and servers are too young to look like they know what they are talking about. The idea of an open kitchen used to be attractive. I wish they would close it off now. I don't need to see the action. It's not like there a bunch of real chefs creating your meal. It looks like Denny's. Could have gone downtown and spent the same amount of money, and had a better meal. Very disappointed!
Report This ReviewOMG< this place is great. The freshest seafood I have had in Chicago. I love Caesar salad, they have a good one. Wonderful wood grilled fresh fish, delicious sides, and tasty desserts. Had to be the best meal in a long time. Great martinis too.
Report This ReviewThe food, service and atmosphere were all very good. I had the clam chowder and grilled Salmon for lunch. The quality was very good and the portions reasoable given the dishes.
