worst $300 I've ever spent

I had heard that thes was a great place, so my husband and I took my mom there for our early Christmas dinner. The appetizer was great, my husband's meal was good, my mom's steak was great, but my fish was awful. I wasn't really even upset about that, but our server did not come back to our table after she took our drink order. the buss boys did all the work. i waited 45 minutes to tell her that I didn't like my fish.
when you go and spend this kind of money on dinner, you at the very least expect good service. it was the worst i have ever had!
there are many more places in the city with better food, better service, for half the price.
don't waste your money!

We went to Fulton's for our anniversary & it was truly an amazing experience! They greeted us by wishing us a "Happy Anniversay" when we arrived. The menu's were printed with "Happy Anniversay!" as well. Then, we got a complimentary chocoalate/vanilla mousse desert with a candle in it at the close of our meal. This restaurant is so romatic & the service is so superb. The waiter even asked us if he could give the valet ticket to the valet, so we wouldn't have to wait for our car! This place is worth every penny for a special event dinner! 10 Stars!

Came into Fultons over the weekend and was taken care of by Michael and Tommy. What an experience! They were both all over our table constantly checking on us and suggesting what to try. Excellent recomendations and wonderful service. Food suggestions just topped off the experience. Will definitely go back to be taken care of by these two again!

What a great view Fulton's has to offer. There were plenty of oysters to choose from, and the freshest I have had in Chicago. My wife and I came in for our anniversary, and the waiter Rich really made us feel welcome and went out of his way to take care of us. Although a little over-priced, Fulton's is a great Chicago spot.

Fulton's is ovepriced, and this is in comparison to other overpriced restaurants in the city. The food is good, but when you pay 50$ for steak that is the least you expect. Desserts were a disaster, this place needs to hire a pastry chief. The waiter kept forgeting to bring stuff, like salad dressing, drinks, whatever. There was also this really bright light shining right at our table, but the manager explained that they had blinds for the windows, but they have been taken down- not the kind of service you expect from this restaurant.

The only reason to return to Fulton's would be for the view! The food is very average, the prices are extremly high and the service was OK.

The food was good but not great and at those prices I expect great! Very expensive meal for a very typical menu. You pay for the view along the river. Bartender was terrible (not to mention Cops on tv) but the wait staff and sommelier were excellent.
