I stopped by on the way home one evening. The place looked really nice, but I wasn't really expecting much. Boy, was I surprised! Delicious entree, amazing decor, cheerful and friendly wait staff, more than competitive price. Will DEFINITELY come back!

I don't get to travel to the Chicago area as often as I like, but when I do, this is the place we always go. i have introduced it to anyone who travels with me and they always love it. The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is top notch. This is a place you must visit when you are in the area.

As a person who frequently eats out, i would say that the grilled grouper at Beef & Brandy is the best i have tasted in a long time. I would highly recommend this restaurant, not only is the food amazing but the ambiance is warm and inviting.

A Great Spot!

The steak salad is a must. Servers were friendly and attentive to our needs. The restaurant is well maintained and very very clean. My co-worker took me there for a lunch meeting, but I am definately coming back on my own.

My Longtime Favorite Place in the Loop!

Beef & Brandy (my favorite!) has always maintained the greatest combination of food, drinks, service, AND value, within the downtown loop area-bar none! Fridays are simply awesome! But just about every other night is also pretty good. HELEN is simply the BEST! And Steve (owner) is always very attentive and sociable with his clientele. Beef & Brandy, commonly referred to as "The B & B" or "B-Squared," is located right next to The Palmer House Hotel--very first in Chicago to have electric lighting (little bit of trivia!), and is open just about every night. Stop by and tell Helen that "AL" AKA: "Mr. Dewars" sent you! You will be treated like family from your very first visit!!!

I tell you, I was born & raised here & I'm on State Street 4 times a week and had never been to the Beef & Brandy. They are going to know my first name from this day on. The Chicken Ceasar was delicious and the Beef Burger was awesome. I will tell ALL my friends.

Never before has a place wowed me such amazement and excellence. The soothful sounds of the dudes rocking out the Karoke on Friday nights. The warm faces behind the bar greeting the patrons with such politeness and cold beer. Get Branded.
