Simplicity is king. Chicken is all and the bird is the word. They fresh birds are hot, tasty and filling. The sides are fine and you have a choice of salsa or bbq sauce for dipping. A few times I was short on cash and they happily took a check.
Delivery is quite speedy and they pack well and deliver hot. A gret neighborhood resource for well prepared chicken. I give them 4 beaks.

This place looks like a dump, but they serve up the best grilled chicken EVER. I love the pita & salsa / corn on cobb. Chicken Hut is the best.

I've reviewed over 3 dozen places on this site and chicken hut is at the top of my list w/ respect to ....CHICKEN!! Based on the KISS system (that's Keep It Simple, Stupid;-) they have carved out a niche and capitalize on it in a Big Way!! Fire-roasted Chicken, wonderfully seasoned, that is flat out amazing. In New York you'll find these types of establishments all over the City...strictly chicken, by the dozens, cooking over an open flame; no frills, no ambiance, just damn good food! Their mashed w/ gravy is stellar as a side, highly reco'd.

We had heard such wonderful, almost mythical things about this chicken. Maybe we caught them on a bad night; maybe take-out is not their strong suit. But this was the toughest, driest, most tasteless chicken we have ever eaten. Sad.

WOW!!! I must admit I had my doubts, but this place is GRRreat! Not only is the food delicious, but the people are friendly and the service is fast. You're barely putting your money away when they announce your food is ready. Did I also mention that the food is healthy, affordable and gooood! If you haven't tried it....you don't know what your missing!

WoW! I must admit I had my doubts, but this restaurant is by far the Greatest.... Not only is their food GREAT, but their service is fast. You're barely puttng your money away when they announce your food is ready to go... There are no lines, and the people are so friendly. Did I also mention that it's healthy and AFFORDABLE, C'mon, sure beats your regular fast food joints. So let me tell, if you hadn't tried it....you're missing out!!!

OH MY GOD!!! BY FAR THE BEST CHICKEN OTHER THEN MY MOMS, AND THEY MIGHT EVEN GIVE MY MOM A RUN FOR HER MONEY. WORDS DON'T EVEN DO IT JUSTICE. IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED IT, YOUR MISSING OUT. I AM NEW IN TOWN, AND THANKFULLY I FOUND SOME GREAT FOOD FOR MY MONEY.
