I've been here a few times since they officially changed the ownership from the gourmet kitchen. It is really tasty and super affordable. I think it would be much mroe popular if it were further east on North ave, but for those of you wondering, it's worth the extra block or so walk. Great simple, fresh sandwiches. The owners are great and always there. Also, they have bubble tea (not just smoothies) which is a big plus. Definitely hit this up!

My husband and I have gone here several times since it opened a couple of months ago. It is DELICIOUS. The owners seem very nice, and they did a good job fixing up the seating area. They have a few tables, but i think it's more of a to-go sorta place.
The minced pork sandwich is amazing, and the chicken was really good. Haven't tried the portabella mushroom yet, but i'm sure that's good also. They have a sandwich combo deal for a sandwich, bag of chips and can of soda for about $6, which is a really good deal. they also have a a lot of ethnic foods on their shelves for purchase, including "pokey" and other great things.

Please try this gem, it's worth the slightly out of the way spot. My husband and I found these sandwiches are toe-curling, moaning through each bite great. Great value, great service. Tim and Jenny are the super cool proprietors. The classic sandwich really is a classic. The pork was great too. We will be back every weekend to try them all. The Vietnamese coffee is better than anything in a corporate coffee joint. Line up and support this amazing shop!
