This salad-focused counter-service eatery offers an alternative to your usual burger/fries/Diet Coke lunch or dropping $20 at an uppity eatery. The cafe offers tables for about 50 people, with a flatscreen TV so you can catch up on the latest news via CNN or chat with co-workers. Step up to the counter and pick from four lettuce varieties and pile on toppings such as alfalfa sprouts, cheeses, dried cranberries, artichoke hearts, almonds, mushrooms and lots more.
