More than a bakery, this easy to miss spot also serves excellent sandwiches, salads, and soup. Mainly for those "in the know" there is no menu or indication that they make some of the freshest sandwiches around. No processed meats here - the roast beef is thick cut, and almost steak-like. Turkey and chicken are also right off the bird. Greens and tomatoes are always fresh, and they usually 3 or 4 superb fresh baked bread choices. Soups and salads are also excellent. My favorite is the apple & brie salad and the meatball soup.
The only things I stay away from are the vegetable soup (flavorless) and the tomato & mozarella salad (too little tomato and mozarella - too much flavorless pesto pasta).
Not a great place to stop for grab and go baked goods (their offerings are usually slim and vary widely), but a great place for lunch!
