Le Lan chef Bill Kim goes downscale with this counter-service noodle and dumping house opening this July on the edge of Logan Square. Along with wife Yvonne Cadiz-Kim, Kim plans for the 40-seat BYOB space to focus on his first love, noodles. (He did a six-day noodle-hunting journey through Japan in search of the best).  Despite a hipper decor, this is no ramen-only spot: We can hardly wait to try dishes like the roasted pork with hoisen sauce served with soba noodles. Look for a dumpling brunch on Sundays, too.
