Review: Sixteen
First Look: Sixteen

The upper levels of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago are still under construction (the Aon Building remains Chicago second tallest for now), but The Donald is all ready for you to move in. The views of this stylish restaurant are killer, but this being a Trump property, you can expect some gilding of the lily -- look for multi-tiered chandelier made of Swarovski crystals, a glass-ensconced entryway “gallery" showing off the wine collection. Frank Brunacci, whose resume lists two AAA-Five Diamond Ritz-Carlton restaurants helms the kitchen. Dinner dishes include peeky toe crab dumplings with artichokes and Perigord truffle mousse; a pork trio with Calvados sabayon and chanterelle risotto crisps; and slow-poached red snapper with Yukon Gold potato puree and bacon drizzle. Multicourse tasting menus are also on offer, including a Chef’s Blind Tasting Menu.
