Karyn Calabrese, the woman behind Karyn's "raw foodist" restaurant in Lincoln Park, has opened a second location in the former Earth Mothers address (raw foodists are vegans who don't cook their meals in order to keep the nutrients and enzymes intact). This spot features cooked vegan items (hence the name) in addition to a few raw options that rotate daily.
