A new name on Mongolian stir fry has emerged in the west 'burbs. This spot works similarly to other make-your-own stir fry spots you've been to: Pick your protein (all the usual meats, plus pepperoni, scallops and marinated cod) and season it with anything from yellow curry salt to citrus garlic herbs, and then myriad veggies and sauce. Your creation will be served up with your choice of starch -- wrapped up in a tortilla or atop brown rice or Udon noodles, for example.
