You've may have unwittingly sampled the product from Coco Rouge; they have been providing their premium hand-made truffles to upscale eateries like the Seasons Restaurant/Four Season Hotel since 2001, but they never had a retail space of their own until 2006. The look here is much splashier than the average chocolate shop; expect accents of shocking red, cool chandeliers and interesting architectural artifacts. In addition to the luxe ingredient-driven truffles (like the white chocolate ganache flavored with blueberries, Tahitian vanilla and Egyptian jasmine), they offer chocolate bars, hot chocolate, coffee and tea.
