Classic Spanish tapas are the specialty of this charming Northwest Side BYOB. You'll find a list of regional cuisine (including items from Basque Country and Andalusia), plus a few contemporary touches. Among the highlights: Figs with bacon and brandy cream sauce, baked goat cheese, mussels in a creamy salsa verde, rosemary lamb, citrus-marinated asalmon. For dessert, instead of the usual flan, try brazo de gitano, rolled sponge with chantilly cream. The atmosphere's not super-trendy, but it is lively with pan-Latin beats filling the room.
