Great food, service and value

I've been to Blackie's twice for lunch and once for dinner and each time have been impressed with their food, service and value. The burgers were great, the Greek pork chops tender and flavorful, the broasted chicken a delicious change of pace and the appetizers could be meals unto themselves. The kids liked the menu choices and all the plasma TV's with non-stop sports. I glad we don't have to travel far to enjoy Blackies and we can't wait to go in the summer when we can sit in their outdoor patio.

Consistently great food

Went there for the 3rd time since this location opened. Continue to be amazed by the quality of the food and the portions. HUGE burgers, the best fresh made fries. The greek chicken sandwich is an entire whole breast, not just a small section. We will be back many times.

Underwhelmed

I went here with my husband, brother-in-law and father-in-law for a Sunday lunch- the place was pretty quite and I liked the ambiance upon entering but that ended up being about all I liked.... Initially I ordered the Carsons pulled pork-sandwhich- it was so bad I took one bite and sent it back- I then ordered the Boston Blackie's burger which ended up being a disappointment as well; having already sent back my originial order I felt obligated to keep the buger. The fries and onion rings were good, and our server was extremely pleasant (even after I sent back the pork)... I just didn't find anything worth really going back- the fella's didn't think it was anything special either which is a shame because I'd heard a lot of good things about this place... but oh well, you win some you lose some.

Our Server was OUTSTANDING

We were in for our first time for lunch....Our server Jay was AMAZING....He was very knowledgeable of the menu, polite and funny. Our drinks were never empty;we never had to ask for a refill. The timing of our food was great. You get a lot of food for the price. We will go back and request to sit in Jay's section. Anyone that goes here, should do the same....He is worth the wait!!
