Cousin's Grill, a storefront restaurant in Hall Plaza, specializes in traditional Puerto Rican cuisine but also has hot dogs, burgers and other American basics. The jibarito sandwich, marinated pork or steak with fried plantains, is a must-have for many customers. The oven warmer is always stocked with other fried favorites, including rellenos di papa (potato balls), alcapurrias (plantain balls) and morcillas (blood sausage). Dinner plates come with arroz con gandules (pigeon pea rice) with choice of oven roasted pork, fried pork or steak.
