Sanfrantellos is by far the best pizza in Chicagoland. Coming in a close second is Aurellio's Pizza at their original Homewood location.
Incredible thin and deep dish pizza, a full bar, and staged in a house that just had to keep on growing, you'd be hard pressed to get pizza this good in any of the chains (Giordano's, for example).
One especially important trait of Sanfrantello's pizza is that they are one of the few pizza places where you can get a pizza where the sauce is not overloaded with salt . . . thank God!
