I work in the area and have tried eating here several times. The food is not great, but it's next to my office and easy. The chicken in the salads seems rubbery. The tables are never clean and it's usually past the lunch rush when I have gone so being busy is not much of an excuse. Another reviewer claims the owners are so great, personally I think they are the most arrogant people I have encountered. They have these stupid pictures on the wall of the most valuable customers. If you are not a regular or cute little Abercrombie model, they want nothing to do with you other than your money. Yesterday was my last attempt at this place. From now on I would rather walk a little farther for better food and friendlier service. I will not be going back to this Pizza Ria.

If you live in the building why not go down and get your pizza. I go here all the time in the evening. I did notice that the two owners got ride of their staff at night and have been there to make sure the service is perfect. It is great to go to a place that the owners are always in to make sure the quality is good. They talk to you and are nice guys. As for bland pizza I haven't had any better thin crust in the city. I love this place........they have almost been open for a year now....they must be doing somthing right.

I live in the condo building and have called them 3 times to order a pizza. Since they never want to deliver in the building, because they say they are short handed, I always agree to come down and pick up the pizza. Again, for the third time, I go down to pick up my pizza, and as always, it is not ready, because they forgot to put in the order. Did they apologize or offer me a discount? No, of course not. They said they are too busy, blah, blah, blah, therefore, I needed to put in my order again, pay for it, and wait another 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. I have given them 3 chances now, and each time this happens to the people who live at 405 N Wabash condo. They only want to service the outside people, especially the lunch crowd. I have eaten their pizza outside and I did not like it, I thought it was very bland and boring. They need to get their act together if they want to keep their business. They went out of business in this building for 4 months, came back, and now they are doing the same things again, i.e., no service whatsoever, and they could care less.

This is the worst pizza in the city. I tried to purchase a slice of pizza with a side salad and no one would come to the counter and take my order. I told the manager I just wanted a salad and slice to go, and he said to wait, he was busy. Don't waste your time here, there's better pizza at other locations.
