If you are looking for quality pizza and appetizers, especially on those late nights, Pie-eyed is the place. I love their pizza so much. By far the best in chicago! Theyre sauce has a nice sweet flavor and the crust is always crisp. Everything about this place is awesome!

The perfect place if you happen upon it after weekend bar-closing in that alcohol-induced state of mind; you know the one - where you simply must stuff your face and just don't care if your food is bland and/or overpriced. Otherwise, skip Pie-Eyed for pizza because it just isn't very good.

The crust was bland and flaky. The sauce is both bland and intensely sweet, which makes it -- this is a neat trick -- intensely bland. (I know, it's a NY-style thing. I still don't like it even if "it's supposed to taste like that.") The cheese was rubbery, but I suppose that's a hazard of the "pizza-by-the-slice" experience.

Also, it's pricey. Each slice is $3.10, and they're not very big. For about the same price, you can get a mega-slice about twice the size from Bacci; or for even less ($2.75) you can get a much tastier thin-crust slice or more satisfying stuffed slice from Art of Pizza.

Your night is not complete until you have a slice of bazil mozzarella at Pie-Eyed! Sometimes, I strategically don't eat before I go out, knowing that I will end up there at the end of my night! Forget greasy fries, try pie-eyed! :)

These guys have the absolute best pizza in the city. Bar none! I`ts a small local joint, but the pizza is fantastic! They have awesome appetizers and very promt delivery. They are open `till4 a.m. on friday and 5a.m. on Saturday. You can`t beat that!
