Award-winning pizza and chicken wings roasted in 800-degree, coal-fired ovens have set this rapidly expanding chain apart for scores of devotees who pack the place most every night. The pies cook in about four minutes, but it's the quality of the ingredients more than the speed that impresses. The aromatic chicken wings have plenty of meat and are broiled with sweet onions and rosemary. The menu includes a large, Italian-style chopped salad and not much else, not that anyone's complaining because the pizza and wings are so good.
