Given the price and the hype, Sixteen is meant to impress. However, the inconsistency in service and fare means Sixteen isn’t at the level (think Alinea and Tru) it aspires to. We’ll return in time—when they iron out the kinks and tweak the cuisine. For now, our spendy selves will dine elsewhere. --Kristen and Matt
