Sweet dreams

For dessert, the Study of Strawberry ($14, pictured)—a parfait, sorbet, strawberry salad and tuille—was a mix of spectacular (the salad) and good (the rest). Conversely, the Praline Croustillant ($13), thin praline brittle layered with caramelized bananas accompanied by tequila-lime ice cream, made us very happy campers.
