The Pancake Party platter ($9.95) combines Honey's three pancake entrees into one sampler: strawberry cheesecake pancakes (with cheesecake mousse, strawberry coulis and graham cracker crumbs), Banana's Fiesta pancakes (whole-wheat hotcakes with rum-spiked rompope sauce, caramelized bananas and banana-infused ricotta) and traditional buttermilk pancakes with honey butter.
