New Chicago restaurants

Jimmy Ma is the gracious chef-owner of Lan's Old Town. He's operated a fleet of Chicago restaurants, including the original Lan's, which had an 18-year run on Armitage Avenue in Lincoln Park. The '80s and '90s were boom time for Ma, but several of his restaurants, including Little Lan's in Winnetka, are still going strong.
