Many items on the menu at Lan's Old Town, including the popular Lan's hot spiced pork, are a holdover from the original Lan's in Lincoln Park. Moo shu dishes are another favorite; chef-owner Jimmy Ma still makes his moo shu pancakes by hand, just like he always has.
