not happy .. @ all. I visited cuatro this past Saturday night. Opened up a tab @ the bar. When 1:00 or so came along & I wanted to close my tab, THE IDIOT ASS BARTENDERS could not find my card!!!!! They are grossly negligent

I have been going to cuatro for almost 3 years now. I absolutely LOVE this place. This is more for a night out with some friends kind of spot, when they have live music past 10pm it can get quit loud and packed. The food is fenomenal, in my opinion the best cuisine in Chicago that will please everyone. I think their service has to improve, but this place is awesome and I would recomend it to everyone who wants to have a great dining experience.
