This tiny little Lincoln Square breakfast-and-lunch only spot specializes in pannenkoeken (PAN-eh-kook-en), Dutch-style pancakes. What makes these cakes different from the typical buttermilk pancake? It's the size and thickness--co-owner Gina Salgado tells us they measure about 11-inches in diameter and they're slightly thicker than a traditional crepe--plus the cakes come with toppings like chocolate and banana, apple-ginger, or bacon and cheese. In addition to the namesake cake, choose from options such as Denver omelets, French toast, Belgian waffles and breakfast sandwiches, plus fresh-squeezed OJ and a full espresso bar.
