While Clarke's serves burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and other lunch and dinner items, its real stand-out area is breakfast. Puffy baked omelets and large pancakes, also baked, make return customers of the tony Lincoln Park crowd. The pancakes sometimes take up to 20 minutes from order to table, but they're worth it.
