You can get great food at a reasonable price at this popular restaurant that's been at this spot "forever,'' according to Rodney Testa, manager. Rosario's is basically Italian, but offers a diverse menu including fallin' off-the-bone style ribs, a variety of pasta dishes, steaks, pork chops, lamb chops, and duck. Don't worry about the specials changing. Testa said they've been on the menu since "God created the Earth.'' There's no fee for the entertainment, which usually features a guitar player who invites diners to sing along with him, or a duo or four-piece band, Testa said. Atmosphere is warm and casual.
