A bakery case displays dozens of fresh-baked sweets such as muffins and cookies, but the authenticity lies in the savory items. Assorted slow-cooked tagines include tilapia with lemon and vegetables, and kefta (meatballs) cooked in tomato sauce with olive oil, garlic, parsley and spices.
