It's awful, Don't waste your time and money...

My husband and I (along with our baby), went to this restaurant on Cinco De Mayo. One would think that a Mexican Restaurant would be prepared for this day, however that was definitely not the case. We waited over an hour to get our food and by the time it came, it was awful!! I ordered a shrimp dish and I couldn't even taste them. I tried complaining to the manager about how long everything was taking and she told me that they "didn't have enough staff that night." It was the absolute WORST Mexican Restaurant I have EVER been to!! I would've been more satisfied with Taco Bell!! There's a lot more that went wrong that night, but I don't feel like wasting any more of my time explaining why to NOT go to this so called "restaurant". I could've gone to the grocery store and made all the food myself in the same amount of time it took to get our food!!

I love this restaurant. I've been a customer since they opened and highly recommend it to everyone! My favorite are the Golden Margaritas made with 1800 tequila which are 1/2 off on wednesdays. I usually go for the tues and thurs taco special...5 for $5 bucks. Works out great with my budget. My daughter always gets the mini tacos from their kids menu. You won't be dissappointed...trust me.

Villa Rivera has excellent food and service. The staff is always very friendly. The margaritas are awesome. Make sure to go on Mondays and Wednesdays when they are 1/2 off.
