Scanning the offerings at this romantic Mexican restaurant, you may wonder what empanadas, Argentinian dumplings, are doing side by side with such traditional Mexican dishes as chile rellenos, burritos suizo, enchiladas, chimichangas, and fajitas. They're a hint, along with the arroz con pollo and other weekly specials, that the mother-and-daughter ownership team of Que Rico! has roots in the homeland of Eva Peron. The place has two pleasant, cafe-like dining rooms--one upstairs, one down. The upstairs room, bordered on three sides by French windows, can be a bright and airy treat when the weather's nice.

A second location of Que Rico opened in Roscoe Village in April 2007.
