Fernando's Fiesta Grille
The smallest of the restaurants owned by the Martinez brothers, this tiny Mexican eatery seats only 10, but its loyal patrons voted it No. 1 in a 2006 Kane County poll. The menu stretches from enchiladas, tacos, burritos and quesadillas to more elaborate specialties like the pollo poblano, chicken breast topped with sauteed onions and poblano chilies and pistachios in green mango sauce with fresh cilantro and cheese.
