No wonder this place is packed at 2am. It is such a good staple in the neighborhood with fabulous prices and great service. Choose from a lengthy menu of Mexican favorites as well as staple diner fare. There is even parking out back. This kind of place never goes out of style!

WOW. Now this is the definition of GREAT TACOS! Tried the skirt steak, avocado, pork and tongue tacos -- all of them were the best I've had anywhere in Chicago Metro. Fresh, flavorful, juicy, stuffed -- AND, cheap! (only $1.80/each). They even serve Cerveza (tap or bottles). Only $1.50 for a MUG of Michelob or Bud. ($8 for pitcher). No atmosphere to speak of, but who cares -- come for the food, wolf it down, and move on. (P.S. Beats Tacalitlan hands down, and per my prior review I thought it was the best -- boy was I wrong). Now I truly know where to go for the best Tacos! Only wish I'd found out sooner. Better late than never.

This is a great Mexican Place to get a quick bite at a great price OR to sit down and enjoy an authentic meal at a great price! I recommend all of the soups and all seafood dishes. For the tremendous sizes they offer, you are getting a deal at 1/3 the price of an upscale restaurant. Eclectic (yuppies and artists) and local crowd hangout. Patient and very accommodating servers!
