Gourmet Mexican off the beaten path, but worth the trip

Amelia's has excellent gourment Mexican and each dish has something special about it that makes it unique. The service is excellent, prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. To top it off it's BYOB. Check it out and spread the word so this jem can survive!

Gourmet quality cuisine and BYOB make an excellent value. You better visit soon because I do not know how long they can last in that location. You will be glad that you did!

Excellent food! Wonderful people! Our party shared numerous appetizers and entrees. Each dish was excellent and uniquely flavored, featuring only the freshest of ingredients. Will return and bring others.

We had visited Amelia's under the previous owner and saw the restaurant was opened under new ownership about a month ago. We decided to give it a try expecting the usual mexican restaurant fare. Needless to say we were quite surprised by the route the new owners have taken with the restaurant. The food was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh and the chef has done a wonderful job creating flavorful dishes. We had quite a unique experience as we were the only diners at the time we were there and the staff made us feel very welcome and were very plesant to speak to about the food and the restaurant. If you are looking for the usual taco and burrito mexican restaurant fare, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a mexican fine dining experience give Ameilia's a try. You won't be disappointed.
